| BOOKING CONDITIONS |

| 1. |
TRIP HAZARDS. The
activities shown in this site such as trekking, climbing,
mountain biking and rafting are hazardous, and accidents may occur,
sometimes far from medical support. Even the most carefully planned
arrangements can go wrong. Customers booking on any of these
programs, implicitly agree on the above and that Pony’s
Expeditions cannot be held responsible. We encourage our customers
to adequately be insured against personal accidents and medical
expenses. |

DEPOSITS. A booking
deposit of US$100 per person is required when submitting the booking
form |
|

| 3. |
CONFIRMATION. As
soon your deposit is processed, you will receive a Confirmation
Invoice, after which there’s no refunds. |

| 4. |
MEANS OF PAYMENT.
The final payment for any program is due within 30 days before
departure. Bank transfer or VISA are welcome. |

| 5. |
CANCELLATIONS BY YOU
BEFORE DEPARTURE. Cancellations are accepted. To properly
process, you must do so in writing. Charges will apply based on the
date of receipt by fax or e-mail. |

| 6. |
REFUNDS. No refund
will be available for any unused hotel, service or transport.
However where hotels or services agree to refund, we will endeavour
to pass it to you, less reasonable administration charges. |
