ITINERARY (suggested):
Set off Caraz, 45 km in about 2:00hours and climbing +1850 m by car. See mounts Huascaran and Huandoy, then Yanapaccha, Pisco and Cracraraju.
Arrive to Yurac Corral (East end of Llanganuco valley), watch the waterbirds and exotic flora. Optional walk along the primary forest (3,5km).
